Eagle Heights at Dover Air Force Base takes you away from the typical expansive, homogenous housing tracts of the past. Our gated community also offers lawn care, 24-hour responsive maintenance, and many recreational amenities for the entire family.

We also spare no expense in maintaining the idea that indoor and outdoor facilities should be within walking distance from our residents’ homes.
