Eagle Heights at Dover Air Force Base takes you away from the typical expansive, homogenous housing tracts of the past. Eagle Heights brings you home to the characteristics of nontraditional planning with unique neighborhoods and homes with individuality. New homes feature many amenities you would expect to find in a high-end home, such as ceramic tile, private entries, fenced back patios, and more. Our gated community also offers lawn care, 24-hour responsive maintenance, and many recreational amenities for the entire family.
All of our homes at Eagle Heights are built with quality and care in mind. We also spare no expense in maintaining the idea that indoor and outdoor facilities should be within walking distance from our residents’ homes.
